Columbus Soccer Ventures is led by co-Founders John Dale Hester and Michael "Hitch" Hitchcock but includes former teammates from Columbus United Youth Soccer. These Columbus United teammates, as youth players, were the beginning of the soccer movement in Columbus in the 80s, and now as adult investors, are all investing in the future of soccer in Columbus. Soccer in Columbus has a great foundation thanks to thousands of players, coaches, volunteers, refs, and administrators. Now, we have a unique opportunity to build something for the next generation. It takes a village to build something special, and fortunately, we have a great village in Columbus!
